Udaipur is a city in the state of Rajasthan, known as the city of Lakes. Udaipur is famous for its extravagant royal residences and palaces. #1 Visit the City Palace

The City Palace was built over 400 years. With its mirrored walls and ivory doors, this is a truly magical historical place. Tickets are INR250 for the entrance per person and another INR250 for your camera.

#2 Lake Pichola Cruises

Lake Pichola is an artificial fresh water lake built in 1362AD. It has 2 islands in the lake, Jag Niwas on which the Lake Palace was built and Jag Mandir with a lavish palace of the same name. It’s ideal to take a boat cruise to see not only the lake but to see the beautiful architectures that reflect in it. There are various cruise options from Lalghat area starting from INR250. You can opt for the day or sun set cruises, private or shared boat rides.

#3 Visit the Jagdish Temple

This big tourist attraction is a hindu temple central town. This is where you can see the religious customs of the Hindus. Who pray to of the deity Lord Jagannath.

#7 Karni Mata Temple

Like the Karni Mata temple in Deshnok a.k.a the Rat Temple, this Hindu temple is located on the Machla Magra Hills in Udaipur. The temple in itself is nothing special but from this spot you can view the entire city and the views of the lakes, it’s a breath taking view. You can get to this temple by the cable car that go up the hill.
